Term:

This product has a fixed lifetime and will - subject to an early redemption - be due on 2026-12-07 (last payment date).

Objectives:

Objective of the product is to provide you with a specified entitlement according to predefined conditions.

Possibility of early redemption: Early redemption on a Payment Date occurs if the Reference Price on the respective Valuation Date is quoted at or above the respective Redemption Level. The Redemption Amount is equal to the performance of the underlying multiplied by the Base Amount, but at least the specified Minimum Amount. In this case, the term of the product ends automatically. If this is not the case, the product automatically continues until the next Payment Date.

If the product has not been prematurely repaid, the possibilities for the redemption of the product on the last payment date are as follows:

1. If the Reference Price on the last Valuation Date is at or above the last Redemption Level, the Redemption Amount is equal to the Performance of the underlying multiplied by the Base Amount, but at least the Minimum Amount on the last Payment Date.


2. If the Reference Price on the last Valuation Date is below the last Redemption Level but at or above the Threshold, you will receive a redemption equal to the Base Amount.


3. If the Reference Price on the last Valuation Date is below the Threshold, you will receive a redemption amount in EUR equal to the result of the formula (Reference Price on the last Valuation Date / Starting Price) x Base Amount. In this case, the Redemption Amount will be below the Base Amount.

You are not entitled to receive any other income (e.g. dividends) and have no right to any further entitlement (e.g. voting rights) resulting from the underlying.
